Ridge Crest Villa is a magnificent stately mansion situated atop Margate ridge overlooking the beautiful Indian Ocean.
The house comprises two floors with six bedrooms and three bathrooms, large and private enough for up to three families sharing. The entire house is fitted with wood flooring and is beautifully decorated. The main floor has a bedroom with a double and two single beds, two bathrooms, a beautiful newly renovated kitchen with pantry, large living room with satellite TV and a dining room with a fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the luxuries of home.
Sliding doors lead onto a large patio with a magnificent panoramic view of the ocean. The patio has built-in barbecue facilities and faces an extra large and private swimming pool surrounded by palm trees.
Upstairs you'll find five bedrooms, three rooms with a double bed each (one with a fireplace), two rooms with two single beds each, and a luxurious large elevated bathroom. Front bedrooms boast breath-taking views of the Ocean.
The Villa offers full seven day-a-week maid and laundry service (washing, ironing and dry cleaning), including child minding upon request. Every room has ceiling fans and built-in wardrobes. The house is securely fenced and features an alarm system and an onsite Security Guard. A wide large driveway leads up to a double lockup garage offering ample parking for a number of vehicles.
The Villa is located about 400m from the central business district and a short stroll from the beach. Margates' lovely unspoilt white beach stretches over several kilometres and is protected by shark nets. Numerous restaurants and boutiques surround the area whilst nature reserves, hiking trails, horse riding, and crocodile farms are all close at hand. The Wild Coast Casino, Oribi Gorge and numerous luxurious golf courses are just a short trip away.
