Eilat is an 'affordable' luxury self-catering apartment in Cape Town's trendy suburb of Sea Point. This is Cape Town's 'Riviera' extending along an eight kilometre stretch of coastline characterised by beautiful expanses of white sandy beaches.
· The apartment is on the 6th Floor of a modern building with excellent security, conveniently situated in a leafy residential tree lined street, only 100 metres from the beach promenade and very close to the V & A Waterfront, the city and Table Mountain. Upmarket restaurants, shopping and all amenities are within walking distance.
· The well appointed bedroom has twin beds, dressing table, generous built-in cupboards with wall safe, and every modern convenience including telephone and clock radio. The bedroom and patio boasts superb sea views of Robben Island on the horizon.
· The large lounge also serves as a dining area with TV and M-Net. A modern corner lounge suite divides the lounge area from the enclosed patio. A comfy sleeper couch doubles up as a comfy bed. These two areas can be separated with vertical blinds for privacy.
· The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge / freezer, oven, extractor fan, microwave, automatic washing machine, toaster and everything needed to prepare that candle-lit dinner.
· The bathroom off the entrance hall has a bath with overhead shower, hand basin and toilet. Quality bath and hand towels are supplied.
· A secure parking bay is for your exclusive use on the property, with controlled access to the building as well as to the parking area, at no extra cost.

Simply follow these easy directions from Cape Town International Airport
or the N1 to your Eilat luxury apartment, where I will welcome you.
Follow the Sea Point signs on the N2 or N1 towards Cape Town.
With the harbour on the right, come off the freeway. Follow the M6 overhead sign and turn right at the second set of traffic lights into Western Boulevard.
Travel straight along the M6, round the traffic circle: Green Point Stadium will be on your right.
Continue for 2km, passing the SABC on your left. You're now on Beach Road, Sea Point.
A little further is the Winchester Mansions Hotel - Turn left into Hall Road.
