Red Mountain House is situated in the village of Clarens. Built in a neo-Colonial style, the Red Mountain House complex was opened in June 2003. Enjoy an in-house shopping experience at 'Something Else' where a wide range of African curios, gifts, crafts and local art are on sale.
Accommodation is on the first floor of the complex, each room adjoins a balcony, which is the perfect place to sit and admire the views of the surrounding mountains or the village square while enjoying a drink or cocktail.
The accommodation comprises of 6 luxury double rooms furnished fully. Each room has a sitting area with an open fireplace and comfy chairs, where complimentary drinks and chocolates await your arrival.
There are en-suite bathrooms with a shower, bath and wall heater, and for your comfort, under-tile heating takes the chill from cold winter nights while ceiling fans cool the hot summer evenings.
